Work as a full-time teacher in a private after-school language program developed by The Institute of Foreign Language Education of Sogang University. Age range of students: 7 to13 years old. Use customized books covering speaking, writing, and reading. However, primary focus as the foreign teacher is improving verbal/conversational abilities.
Oct 2008 – Present English Instructor Zoni Language Center, NY, NY
• Teach a Premium Intensive English program to non-native speakers with an integrated approach of instruction including speaking, listening, reading and writing. Courses include the incorporation of pronunciation, vocabulary building and conversation activities using grammar in context. Other courses include Speech Communication, Introduction to Writing, Idioms, and Reading Comprehension.
