“Take time to be friendly that is the road to be happiness”
It is my motto! That’s why I always try to treat people
the way I’d like to be treated.
I was born in Busan- second largest cities in Korea, grew
up in Haeundae- there is one of the most famous beaches in
South Korea.
After graduation from high school I went to university in
Busan to study Journalism since I wanted to be a journalist.
During this time I studied a lot of broadcasting works and
also I took VJ( video Jockey) at Busan MBC broadcasting company
for 6 months. Otherwise I also learned many this nasty industry
so took off for six months and I flied to go to Philippines
for travel and learning to English. And this time was a turning
point in my life because I realized I was a kind of person
of limited scope. So with this thing in mind when I returned
home to finish my degree in journalism at Kyungsung University,
I began to earn money for myself through teaching English
to children up to high school students not getting pocket
money from my parents. And I tried to be independent as much
as I could . Teaching children is very stressful works for
me, however I enjoyed caring children a lot, and definitely
teaching jobs helps me for my current job- ESL teacher consultant.
While attending university I had volunteered a couple of
works for public relations assistant for four years at my
university. I took in charge of promoting our school –
activities as school’s model on the website, promoting
papers and so on-. Another was helping and cleaning at an
orphanage per twice a month for two years.
After following this path for about four and half years and
having a great time but not enough hours, I decided to move
in Seoul to explore my life and apply for englishwork as a
ESL consultant-This job was not familiar for with me at first-and
as luck would have it I landed the job as a ESL teacher consultant.
Now here I am in Seoul, with more stable life than university
life, great my job with englishwork ESL recruiting company
and incredible chance to explore my life and meet people from
different culture.
Hey, remember, when I place the applicants, I always put myself
in their shoes keeping my motto!
